Our Mission

Event design is what interior design is to a home. Once you have determined the aesthetic and the mood that you want your event to evoke, we take our keen sense of design and our extensive knowledge of the industry to help you bring the pieces together to create a cohesive, beautiful and seamless design plan that feels like it was meant to be. And depending on the offering you choose, we help you execute, implement and deliver.

Our Mission

With our event design service, we will help you from concept to execution, steering your creative vision into a feasible and realistic design plan. Whether we just designing a blueprint for you to use, or we are with you til the very end, our design services are implemented by both our production team and the top vendors in our trusted little black book.

Our event design services cover concept creation, vendor selection, design guides, vendor communication and management, production, set up, styling and strike. We currently offer three levels of the event design packages, outlined in our pricing guide. We understand that everyone's needs are different and strive to cater to them.

We start with a blank canvas, then as we start our process, we’ll weave together a beautiful tapestry that is your design plan. We will begin with a consultation with you to dive head first into your vision. We want to understand your aesthetic and discover your hopes and dreams for your special day.

We also take into consideration the aesthetic of your venue, the style you want to evoke, the season of your wedding date and anything that will help us to create a cohesive design plan that will feel like it was meant to be.

We’ve designed an incredible event, so now we start to assemble the dream team to make it all happen. While we will certainly employ our own in-house production team for many aspects, we will need to bring on board our tried and true vendor teams. We’ll make recommendations for everything that you need or haven’t booked thus far, from your photographer, day of coordination, venue, lighting company, invitation and branding designers, musicians, caterers and more.
Our in house production team will be working with you to create your floral palette, curation of decor elements used throughout and selection of tabletop and linens. We’ll help you decide what kind of seating chart or signage to have. We’ll help you select the perfect lighting to create the mood. Our full service event design service is like having the most talented best friend, right in your back pocket, guiding you in every step of the way.

Throughout the design process, we’ll be in communication with your vendors, managing production and creating solutions. We’ll collaborate closely with wedding planners and coordinators, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Then the big day arrives! We will be in charge of delivery, set up and installation of any of the contracted items and work closely with your coordinators to ensure all other vendor contracts are being delivered, installed and ultimately, cleaned up at the conclusion of the day.
Our team is present throughout the whole day for set up, ensuring all details are checked and executed to perfection. We pay very close attention to detail, while maintaining the greater picture as a whole. We believe in keeping the vibe of your day feeling relaxed and effortless, after all, it’s one of the happiest days of your lives. It is our goal to create a beautiful and unforgettable experience that you and your guests will remember for the rest of your lives.
